Error e-82000171 when buying PS4 DLC (Batman: Arkham Knight)

I can't buy dlc on ps4 it says error e-820000171 please help me i want to buy season pass for batman AK

It's strange, this problem was at the beginning of the PS4 launch, but it seems to have been fixed because there were a lot of complaints and threats towards psn :) Check your payment details, or enter again.
