Name Change Issues [Problem Solving!] (DiRT Showdown)

I went into DIRT and almost immediately a problem arose! How to change the player's name ?: I canâ€™t write letters (I tried switching the layout, it didnâ€™t help) As well as how to change the key assignment, a similar problem. Help me please!
