Launch issues (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Only recently I decided to play it, I bought it, but here's the problem: it doesn't start at all. I read a lot of all sorts of tips, tips about this, but zero sense. It doesn't start at all. Maybe there will be an answer to this hackneyed question.
(all the firewood is standing, some are rearranged, the origin was installed in a new way, the PC system requirements allow you to play normally)
