Gamepad issue (Mortal Kombat X)

I have a Logitech F710 gamepad, it connects to the computer, the light is on, but when the game starts, there is a sound of the equipment being turned off. It did not work on 8.1, it does not plow on ten either

pirate, I tried two tablets, 3DMgame and Ali213. This gamepad did not work on either the eight or the ten, but according to rumors, it worked on the seven of a friend. The computer sees it, but it does not plow in any game
