Crackling sound in games and when watching full hd videos

hello, the problem of the guys is this - before it was all right, in the game ghost recon future soldier. now the sound comes with a strong crackle, and there are strong brakes, as if the percentage is not dragging, although before it was all right. I broke my whole head, and rearranged Windows, and the video driver too, everything is the same. And here's something else - when watching a video on YouTube in 1080p, the same crack appeared .. at 720p everything is fine. before everything seemed great in any capacity. what could it be ???
