Menu problem. (Portal 2)

Hello! I have such a problem: when I go to Portal 2 (pirate, tablet from SKIDROW, downloaded from the root), I have only 2 items in the menu: no steam and exit. I don't know what to do. Clicking on no steam does nothing. Who knows how to fix it? Reinstalling doesn't help...
