Patch 1.07 bug in \"Freak\" task. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I can not complete the main mission in the quest "Freak". When I go up to the sergeant I press talk, he answers me "You have nothing to do here." And because of this, I can not complete the quest. Thank you in advance for your help.

It's not the same sergeant like Try 2nd floor ~ or one floor below

Just yesterday I went through this quest and everything was fine .... Try to load an earlier save and go through again ...
