Location marking. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Tell me, a code or a mod that marks all locations on the map? Like the Explorer perk in Fallout 3.

You enter the command TMM <1,0,1> through the console and all the locations in the game will appear, but without the ability to fast travel.
