Ending Problem (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I have a problem with the ending. When I get to the end and watch the cut scene, how Ciri enters the portal and then it's loading - after loading, I just write "end" as if I had died and offer to load the last save. The last save just before the final conversation with Ciri and Avalakh. If you download, then everything repeats. I play on PS4.
