This is because the engine is bullshit, although it doesn’t crash for me, but while it starts, you can drink tea.

Well, what can I say what kind of game and the direct consequences are dear to you in those. Steam support, some 7-10 days and you will get an answer. (most likely it will not help you, but you can try)

You probably play on the calculator, since it takes so long to start.
I played normally on a 3 GHz dual-core stump, 3 GB of RAM and a Radeon 7750. And it started up quickly.

4 cores, 6 GB of RAM, vidyaha is not top but enough for counter, despite the fact that at ultra 45-60 fps it starts just like horror.
