Departure to Redux at the moment with Pavel (Metro 2033)

I recently purchased this reissue on the STEAM sale. In Metro 2033, Redux crashes on the last mission when Hunter gives Artyom a revolver to shoot Black. In Metro Last Light Redux flies on a mission where we escape from prison with Pavel at the very moment where he gives a revolver.
License. System requirements are suitable (you can see in the profile of my PC system system). All drivers are up to date, the game itself is up to date. All other software like Directx and framework has been updated. Operating system Windows 8.1.
