Slows down on the global (Total War: Rome 2)

Hello. My game slows down a lot on the global map at low, and in battles at medium-high, everything goes fine. I know that the game rests on the percentage and the laptop is the worst option for it (core i5 4210u). But still cope with many games and battles in this game. How to fix it? Surely it's not so bad)
