Game freezes (Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth)

Guys help! The game hangs and skips fps, when launching a satellite, for example, or when zooming in on the map! My hardware is intel i3 3.8 MHz, 8 GB of RAM, GTX 770 2 GB! It's already fucked up!!!!!! Help!!!

Create a .bat file, write the @echo off command. Helped me.

this is for a 64 bit game if you have a 32 bit one (it is in programm files(86)) then replace bin64" with bin32'
