Console Activation(Codes) (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Perhaps the question is not new, but how to activate the console on the pirated version of DAI from 3dm? After all, it starts with Launcher.exe for which it is impossible to prescribe activation in the shortcut. How else can you activate it?

This is a debug console, and the maximum that can be debugged there is graphics or some other settings, but it does not accept or recognize existing "Codes". I know how it is activated, but the 3dm-movie crack will not allow this operation. That's why I'm asking if there is an alternative way to activate the "Console"
