Bug with an impenetrable trap in the "rat hole" (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Actually, such a problem.
Quest with Esbern, he needs to be taken out of the rat hole. After the spiral staircase, in the last passage, you come across a trap with a stretcher with morning stars (in other words, maces). The trap doesn't work. The stretch is not torn, it is frozen and creates a barrier. And if Esbern somehow ran through it, then the GG cannot overcome it.
Are there any workarounds besides trying to start from an old save?

open the console (tilde, "Ð" button)
poke the mouse on the trap
enter disable
press Enter
voila the passage is free forever
when using tcl the trap remains in place and is still impassable without tcl
