Penguin Cache (Batman: Arkham Knight)

In the task "Get to the weapon cache and interrogate the penguin" I can't get into the building, the gate is closed! Maybe there is another way?

through the sewers, in theory, when you approach the building, batman contacts alfred and alfred tells how to get into the building
