How to turn off chatter on boot? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

During each download, this damn Dandelion starts broadcasting what Geralt did there and it does not skip in any way. Runs crazy.
Maybe there is an option somewhere in the settings or files? After all, loading the last save is fast and without this chatter.
