When to ride a skellige? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I slowly go through the game. In Novigrad, I have already reached level 19, but have not yet completed all the storylines. I donâ€™t go to Skellige yet, but there are quests that are on Skellige but require level 11. I donâ€™t want to come to Skellige and drag everyone to the right and left. Question: when do I need to go to the islands now (do not break the storyline)?

What kind of stupid questions? You can go there, at least at the first level, having 1000 crowns, only anyone hangs you there, if you want to find out everything in order, where did Ciri go, then go through the story, from the beginning Velen, then Novigrad, It wonâ€™t be very easy, even if you go there 20+, unless of course you play on easy or medium difficulty...
