Game not saving (Mass Effect 2)

The problem is this. I exported the save from ME1, started playing, played for 3 hours like that, saved, went to the main menu and opachki! What I see is New Game, Extras, Quit Game. It's a shame! What to do with it?

If you have WIn 8, then you may need to run the game as an administrator, right-click on the game's shortcut, select item 3 "run as administrator". Often with games, glitches associated with admin rights are similar.

I have Win 7, I tried to run it with administrator rights, reinstalled, downloaded a new repack, it did not help. Can you post a link to a working repack?
