problems with Fose (Fallout 3)

I put Fose (1.2) like the game starts, everything is fine, but as soon as you exit the game in the menu, a hint for setting up Fose pops up and it doesnâ€™t want to close at all, what should I do ??? (I tried both versions of Fose)

What version of the game? If it is Russian, you need to use a separate bootloader there. It works for me on the Steam version with Russian subs with a bang.
UPD: well, just in case - you need to run it through the loader :)
