Weapon colors in multiplayer. (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2)

There is a question.
In the weapon settings there are: camouflage, emblem / tag, DLC, DLC 2. Purchased colors are in DLC and DLC 2. So here's the question: Is it possible to buy them in a package, all at once, and save money? And then they almost doubled in price.
