Steam license issue. (DayZ)

In steam, after exiting the game, my status in steam shows that I'm in the Dayz game, what's the problem. it is necessary to turn off the Dayz.exe file, but it does not come out, I tried it through the task manager, it writes access is denied, the reboot does not help.
