Doesn't upgrade to Windows 10

Hello! As soon as the opportunity arose, I immediately reserved Windows 10 for myself, but so far the computer has not been updated, although 2 days have passed since the release date. The update center shows the following:

go to Mike's off site, download the tools, or whatever? yes, update your computer with it, but rather burn the image onto a disc using the same tools and donâ€™t worry
