Load on the computer when connected to the Internet

Hello!. In general, after reinstalling Windows 7 anew, I had problems with the load on the PC. When I turn on the computer and connect to the Internet, then after about 2 minutes the load on the PC begins and the RAM is consumed by 90%.

I rummaged about this in Google, they say on the forums that you need to go through the control panel, go to the Administration menu, and turn off Automatic Updates there, because all this is connected with the svchost file. I tried to do this, but the Automatic Updates item is not there, and the update itself is generally disabled for me.

If this load is associated with the svchost process, then tell me what to do so that it does not load the computer?. I say right away that I don’t have viruses, because I have already checked several anti-virus devices, such as Xpersky, Dr WEB, Panda, Avast and Eset Nod 8.
