Not July 4th.
I'm leaning towards the second date on July 31, which means waiting for almost 3 more weeks. I hope episode 5 comes out sooner than episode 4.
Steam says Episode 4 will be released July 21-29, Episode 5 August 25-September 1
• Episode 4: Dark Room – 21-28th, 2015 worldwide (don't worry it's still coming in July) on Steam, Xbox Live, and PlayStation Network in America/Canada; Then July 22-29th, 2015 on PlayStation Network in Europe/Australia.

If you make a game, then make it completely and completely release it immediately. I played the first episode immediately after the release of the game and did not play the rest, because I saw that the whole thing was coming out extremely slowly, while I forgot everything that was in the first episode.
