Problems with ACME GA-02 joystick

I bought an ACME GA-02 joystick ... during the game, the buttons start to slow down at different times, and then they stop functioning altogether, while they also do not work in gaming devices, or the joystick stops being displayed ((
updated firewood for mom (Gigabyte EP35- DS3) - does not help, with the joystick firewood only for vibration, I did not find others ... toys Fuel, NBA2K9, FF XII ...
maybe someone knows what to do ?! help!!

revealed one interesting thing: if the gamepad is just connected - the buttons always work in gaming devices, but as soon as I start playing, the story repeats itself after a while ....
maybe someone had something similar with other joysticks?
