Mouse problems. (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

I used to play cs go, abandoned it and deleted it. I decided to download and run it again, went to the first public and this is the problem: I can’t review with the mouse, when I try to turn it in different directions, I take single steps in the same direction, m1, m2, and the wheel functions normally, but with overview of such problems, in general, the character looks only in one direction. I rummaged in the settings, I did not find anything. Installed by default, even reinstalled the game, the result is zero. Who faced the problem help, I did not find anything in Runet.
