Single Player Tincture (Sid Meier's Civilization 5)

Help me remember. Somewhere there were settings in which you can choose the amount of resources, the amount of vegetation, a more deserted land, or vice versa, all in greenery. I can't find these settings.

No In part 5, when you create a game, there is an additional button at the bottom and the era, sea level, the amount of resources, the climate temperature, is set there. Experiment for Holland in a swampy pantagia.
