Quest Hunt For Junior (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Almost at the end of the task, when you kill and search two guards, you take the key, you enter the door, then in the task another one appears failed, although it does not exist before (Use the Secret Move to the Junior Bastard's Hideout), how to deal with this or is this another Bug? ?? Passed the quest in different ways several times, but still there are no new dialogues (where you talk about girls) and you will use the secret passage!!!Spoiler

EMNIP, a branch about girls and the "secret passage" will only be if you have not helped Tesak's people in the "Gangs of Novigrad" before. Like - already lit up with gangsters and they don't believe you
But then it will be failed, respectively - "Gangs of Novigrad", so - choose;)

You went one way = failed the possibilities of another way. What's the bug?!
Personally, on the contrary, I think that the game spares the vanity of such players too much, and situations where as a result of choosing one of the options counts as a failure should be much more, but the game "forgives";)
And I very much doubt that this will be corrected
