Running the Witcher on video cards that do not support directx 11. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Download Microsoft SDK.
After installation, press win + r and type dxcpl.
A window will appear, click edit list, specify the path to the exe file of the game, click ok.
After we put a tick on Force WARP, click apply.
The entire game will run on DirectX 10, with some graphics degradation.
This method works for other games as well.
