New heroes (Dota 2)

Quickly and angrily (the first thing that came to mind):
1) Actually, a death ray. Arc attack. Can be charged for greater effect.
2) Guided missile (similar to clockwork goblin, but higher damage, radius, reload and mana cost). You can control the flight of the rocket.
