Counter Strike Global Offensive (Error loading swf file) [has a solution] (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

When I start the game, 2 pictures pass as usual and I first have a black screen, and then throws on the desktop and the error "Error loading swf file!". How to solve a problem??? Repak is normal, I reinstalled the game, downloaded updates ... Antivirus was disabled during installation.
