the problem is that the game is terribly buggy. It's worth waiting for patches, if they come at all.

find the GameUserSettings.ini file in the folder with the game (my path is F: game Hatred Hatred Saved Config WindowsNoEditor) open this file with notepad and change the screen resolution helped me)) norms works
