Detective Job (The Sims 4)

Made a Sim work as a detective, after a while it became impossible to "Release Orientation" on the crime scheme. All other actions are there (such as taking up duty, analyzing evidence, etc.), I have a lot of evidence, but I can’t catch the criminal because this action is not there. This chart is complete. Sim I have a senior detective, I don’t know what it depends on or some kind of bug or maybe I don’t know something.
