Gamepad settings (Dark Souls 2)

Good evening, I have a universal serial bus gamepad


playing in DS2, it behaves unrealistically stupidly - including the analogue "circular controllers" behave as if without turning it on - they work instead of the 1/2/3/4 buttons. Is there a way to fix this?
PS in DS1 everything worked great.
