The problem with the version of Forge (Minecraft)

Empirically revealed that fashion are started on version 1.12.2 Forge-forge1.12.2-14.23.3.2655

I'm not so stupid to not know where to download forge the problem is that the game crash with any version of forge, except 1.12.2-forge1.12.2-14.23.3.2655
