What is your favorite villain line when you die?and the question in one of them is the joker says that he will protect Gotham is it true or is he kidding?

I liked the final scene of batman and the joker. Where batman says "Would you like to say something funny. Despite everything you did, I would still save you", to which the joker says in response: "Actually, this is really funny." This is the scene I remember the most.
