Moralfags do not enter! Question about ps4 accounts

Hi all.
In general, I got fired up by buying a PS4, but I understand that I’m a rogue student who won’t be able to buy game licenses)
So, if I buy left accounts, then what is the chance of a console ban? I, for example, buy, download, delete the acc and play? Or will the account have to be linked?
