Game crashes when launching Dirt 3 (DiRT 3)

Steam license Dirt 3 Complete Edition.
The first time everything started up fine, played for half an hour.
Then I run it again, two splash screens will pass, then the inscription is loading and the game crashes, it says "dirt 3 executable program does not work"
What the hell?
