Problem (Homefront)

I bought the game through Steam and all DLCs and 2 problems arose:
1) How to change the language in the game?
2) When I start the game goes in windowed mode, how can I fix it so that it is normal?

1) There is no Russian language in the steam version of the game.

1) steam version has Russian language!!!! In Steam, you need to go to the properties of the game and put Russian in the "language" section!
2) In general, in the game settings, uncheck the -windowed mode
