you can give the acorn to the villagers, before leaving the ciri. Or hide and get a skill point. I wouldn't, it doesn't affect anything.

I don't know about this, I won't tell you. I found 2 figurines (a nilf warrior and a merchant) back in the 1st half of the game, before Triss sailed away with the mages from Novigrad.

And if you approach her in kaer morhen, will she disenchant the figurine of a Nilfgaardian?

Try it, maybe it will disenchant. I disenchanted both in Novigrad, after that I did not find the others.

I've only found 2 in the whole game. Maybe someone else met, will add.

Triss doesn't have any more lines, so she won't break the spell (after she swims away). Which is stupidity in my opinion.

After the battle in Kaer Morhen, you can ask her to disenchant

Disenchanted figurines when collecting sorceresses of the Lodge. They do not carry anything interesting in themselves, except for references to books.
