Graphics issue (Sacred Underworld)

To be honest, I didn't even know how to describe this problem. I decided to just take a screenshot and show - maybe someone has come across and can tell what the problem is. Installed and reinstalled the game, downloaded new clients and everything is the same. Guys who knows tell me pliz what to do !?
