Cursor problem. (Saints Row 4)

In the game, for some reason, the cursor does not get into the menu lines, or even where I poke, but it gets to another place on the screen, in saints row 3 this problem was solved by changing the direct x to 9, but here there is no such selection to launch, what to do is not crazy I'm attaching(((, help plz..
