There is no replica in the dialogue with Triss. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

During the passage of the quest "Brothers in Arms: Novigrad" I encountered the fact that in a conversation with Triss there is no replica, through which her quest to take the sorcerers out of Novigrad is launched. Can anyone help in solving this problem?

Some went through the game and did not catch a single bug, and on the next playthrough they started to crumble.

In general, because of this bug, the whole storyline was covered. Namely: Dijkstra now does not offer to kill Radovid and therefore the ending will definitely not be with a happy ending. In general, I suspect that this bug arose due to the choice in the game settings of the simulation of the events of the previous part of the game. It's hard to explain what's going on otherwise...
