Bug or video card shit? (The Witcher)

In the game, when I step into the water, my game crashes and the computer flies in general, what should I do if anyone knows?

try on windows xp and the latest version there

I play Witcher on Windows 7 x86. Perhaps the matter is in the video card or drivers for it.
My AvP 2010 crashes if I turn on the flashlight. If you do not turn it on, it does not crash.
