Three options for powerful PCs

There are three builds ready and at a similar price, and I need to make a choice.

Please note that I myself will not overclock anything (I don’t understand anything in this matter), and in the first two options, the percentage is already overclocked, and in the third, the percentage is more powerful, but without overclocking.

The computer is taken exclusively for games. Which is better?

Option 1:

Full CBO (processor and video cards)
Intel Core i7-5930K 4.2Mhz (overclocked)
Asus rampage V extreme/U3.1
16gb (4x4gb) ddr4 2400mhz crucial ballistix sport
geforce gtx titan x SLI
120gb samsung ssd 850 evo
500gb samsung ssd 850 evo
3Tb Western Digital Caviar SATA-III, 6Gb/s
corsair 1000w rm1000

Option 2:

120gb samsung ssd 850 evo

And what, the question of the price is not basic???
If it is important, then the second assembly. If not, then the first.
I would take the second, I would be a nouveau riche))

2 assembly, the best.
