The whole Windhelm ran away, day and night, and did not find it. Apparently you will have to use the HackerokX codes.

She can walk through houses and sit there, I have already encountered this, this happens if mods are installed that change windhelm and NPCs in it you need to use codes to find it.

mods for graphics and retexturing models are always like a black hole for some NPCs.
