Is there a quest for Julia with cats? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Who found Yulia in Zastenye? She lives alone in a house with a lot of cats. The house is near the circus camp. She keeps muttering about some caves, elven treasures, and the neighbors say that she used to be the leader of the gang and her treasures are hidden somewhere. Is there a quest with her?
There is also a diary in her house, but nothing happens after reading it.

I have not met, most likely one of the quests about hidden treasures that you will find already on the spot.
Reminds me of the description :)

I found her house with a note inside, this story is connected with the Cat School quest, in the novigrad under the temple island, where we find the cat school armor. like her group died there, and so on. And it doesn't seem to have anything to do with it.

There will be a cave, to open it you will need Keira's Artifact and there you will find the Cat School Equipment. This cave is mentioned in the note.
