Can't set up stream

Gifts guys!
What the hell? downloaded OBS and connected it to twitch, started streaming - on the stream you can see only one picture of the game and the sound in real time (I move the cursor, open the menu in the game, and on the stream the same picture (sometimes jumps to another frame))

I read everything about the bitrate , I tried to set both 2000 and 2500 and 1000, and even tried 100 - just 1 picture, no animation
Tried in CS: GO and DOTA 2 games The

norm clearly works only when streaming a slave. table

What to do with it? friends came to the stream and they also do the same.

Try to stream not the game itself, but the screen area with the game, if it helps - then just stretch the stream window to full screen.

I made an application in a window, I tried to put it in the scene as a game and as a selection on the desktop, the same thing, bitrate 2000, it also lags even when previewing
