How to remove the developer logo? (Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor)

The people, who knows how to remove the logo of the developers when starting the game? I also have a long loading time at startup, does anyone know how to fix this?

Long loading seems to be in any way. Depends on the computer configuration. I have an average computer and did not have long downloads ...
